Two young men have been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs following two vehicle stops.
Officers on patrol stopped a vehicle near Southampton Road in Salisbury on Monday 31 August.
The 20-year-old driver was arrested after officers found a cigarette packet containing a number of bags of white powder.
A second vehicle, which police knew to be associated, was later stopped near Salisbury railway station following a short pursuit.
Officers found a large amount of cash inside the car and arrested the 20-year-old driver on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.
He was also arrested on suspicion of failing to stop and dangerous driving.
Both men have been released on conditional bail until 30 November while further enquiries are carried out.
