Mind

Mind provides advice and support to anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They also campaign to improve services, raise awareness, and promote understanding.

Rethink Mental Illness

Rethink offers practical help and information to people severely affected by mental illness, and their carers. They focus on support, campaigning, and research.

SANEline

SANE provides out-of-hours mental health support for anyone affected by mental illness. Their helpline offers guidance and emotional support from trained staff and volunteers.

CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably)

CALM offers support to men and anyone struggling with suicidal thoughts or mental health issues. They aim to challenge stereotypes and reduce male suicide rates.

Shout

Shout is a free, confidential, 24/7 text service for anyone in crisis. It provides support for issues like anxiety, depression, panic attacks and suicidal thoughts.

YoungMinds

The Mix

The Mix offers free and confidential support for under-25s on a range of issues including mental health, relationships, and substance use via phone, text, and web chat.

Papyrus HOPELINE247

Papyrus provides confidential support and advice to young people under 35 struggling with thoughts of suicide, as well as to those concerned about them.
