It applies to anyone who sends us photos or videos via any online platform, including but not limited to: our website (www.wiltshire999s.co.uk), email, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and WhatsApp.
By sending us your content, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You own the copyright and have the legal right to distribute the content
- You did not break the law to obtain the content
- Wiltshire 999s can use and distribute your content without credit or remuneration
You, as the content creator, will remain the copyright holder.
If it comes to light that you have submitted content you do not own and have been dishonest about its origin, we reserve the right to provide the true copyright owner with you personal information, including your contact details. They may decide to take legal action through a solicitor.
