A van and three cars were involved in a crash on the A361 near Wiltshire, with two people hospitalised for injuries sustained.
Emergency services were called to the busy route in Frome, close to the Asda Superstore, shortly before 11.40am on Wednesday (15 April).
The incident, which happened on the junction of the A361 and the A362 Rodden Down, involved a VW Transporter, a Fiat 500, a Skoda Fabia and an SUV of unconfirmed model.

Two people suffered injuries and were taken to the Royal United Hospital in Bath for treatment.
Their injuries are not thought to be life-changing or life-threatening, according to Avon and Somerset Police.
A spokesperson for South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust confirmed that two ambulances and an operations officer to the scene.
Police confirmed that the road was closed for around four hours – and had fully reopened following vehicle recovery work by 3.30pm.
