A Swindon woman has been charged with drink driving following a road traffic collision.
Police were called to a single-vehicle crash involving a Ford Focus on a mini roundabout in Dorcan Way shortly after 10pm on Saturday (30 September).
Locals residents reported seeing an array of blue lights on the stretch of road between Greenbridge Road and Drakes Way until about 11.30pm.
Wiltshire Police confirmed officers arrested a woman on suspicion of drink driving.
21-year-old Aiesha Read, of Willowherb Close, has been charged with the offence and is due to appear at Swindon Magistrates’ Court on 18 October.
