Police are seeking the driver of a white car after a crash involving a community bus.

Eleven people were injured in a serious road traffic collision on the A342 at Stert, near Devizes, at around 11.45am on 9 January this year.

The incident involved a Heritage Fine Foods van and the Urchfont Community Bus, a blue minibus.

Many occupants of the minibus sustained serious injuries and were treated in hospital.

Officers investigating the crash want to speak to a potential witness – the driver of a small, modern white car which is thought to have been travelling south on the A342 near Wedhampton at around 11.35am.

The car is thought to be a SEAT Leon but this is unconfirmed. Police have been unable to make out the numberplate.

If you believe this could be you, please contact the force on 101 quoting reference 54250003119.
