A Trowbridge man has been missing from a hospital for nearly three weeks.
57-year-old [name redacted] was last seen leaving Bath Royal United Hospital on 27 August.
Police want to trace him as a matter of urgency – and are asking anyone with information to call them on 101 quoting log 54230097371.
He is described as being about 5ft 7in, medium build with greying spiky hair. He was last seen wearing a blue shell suit jacket with a red lining.
