A Swindon road has been closed in both directions following a road traffic collision this lunchtime.
Two fire engines are in attendance of the two-car shunt on Poplar Avenue, Pinehurst, near the junction with Tulip Tree Close.
A blue Fiat 500 and grey Ford Mondeo taxi were involved in the incident at around midday, with the female driver of the Fiat believed to have suffered suspected spinal injuries.
An ambulance crew and paramedic officer are also in attendance, along with police.
