A pregnant woman remains in hospital after a crash near Swindon over the weekend.
Emergency services, including Wiltshire Air Ambulance and a SWIFT Medics doctor, attended the scene on the B4553 Cricklade Road at around 1.30pm on Saturday (15 October).
Three vehicles were involved in the road traffic collision, with a silver car – too damaged to identify the make – and a black Nissan Qashqai sustaining significant front-end damage.
The driver of the Nissan, a pregnant woman, was rushed to hospital after her waters reportedly broke with the impact. She remains in hospital today (Monday 17 October).
A man driving the silver car was taken to hospital alongside a woman in the passenger seat. A two-year-old child also in the vehicle managed to escape any injuries.
Wiltshire Police said no arrests have been made at this stage.
