A man has been arrested following an assault in Marlborough high street.
Police were called an incident in the early hours of Saturday (16 December).
Officers arrested a 30-year-old man on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and common assault, and taken to Swindon custody.
The suspect was also arrested for being in possession of a Class A drug.
Following interview, he was released under investigation pending further enquiries.
