A motorcyclist has been charged with causing the death of a man by dangerous driving.
Neil Sharp was a pedestrian when he was struck on Drakes Way, Swindon, on 31 January 2022.
The man, aged in his 30s, died as a result of his injuries.
The motorcyclist sustained a broken arm in the crash – and was taken to hospital.
Now, 21-year-old Darren Roberts has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
He also faces a charge of possession of cocaine with intent to supply on the same date.
Roberts is due to appear at Swindon Magistrates’ Court today (Wednesday).
