A man’s body was found in a house in Swindon this morning (Wednesday, 24 August).
Police officers were responding to concerns raised about the welfare of a man at an address off St Paul’s Drive, Covingham, shortly before midday.
On arrival, they located the man deceased inside a property.
South Western Ambulance Service was also in attendance. At the height of the incident, several police cars and a police van were parked in the street.
Wiltshire Police said there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding the death.
Adding: “Our thoughts are with his family.”
