A man has been arrested after ‘exposing himself to a woman’ in a Swindon park.
The incident happened at GWR Park in Faringdon Road around 4.15pm on Monday (12 August).
The suspect is described as wearing brown trousers with a blue zip-up jacket and facial hair.
The man, aged in his 40s, was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure following the broad daylight incident – but he has since been released on bail as the investigation continues.
PC Holly Moffat said: “We are carrying out regular high-visibility patrols to try to provide reassurance to the local community.
“If anyone has concerns then please stop those officers on patrol and they will be happy to help.
“While the woman was not physically harmed by this incident, understandably it left her upset and we will make sure she has access to support services.”
