An investigation into the cause of a huge explosion in Swindon is underway.
Firefighters have spent the night tackling a significant fire at ESP Smile, a print company, in Crompton Road, on Groundwell Industrial Estate.
Emergency services were first called to the scene at 7.31pm on Wednesday (24 September) following reports of explosions at the site.

Twelve fire engines and several specialist vehicles – including an aerial ladder platform and water carriers – attended the scene, with support further from neighbouring services in Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire.
Firefighters used a water tower from the aerial ladder platform to bring the flames under control, and prevent spread to nearby units like neighbouring Scotts of Stow.

Power was isolated in the area to assist the emergency services, with SSE reporting it would be restored by around 1am.
The fire was surrounded and at 1am, the response was scaled back to four fire engines and one aerial ladder platform.

Firefighters remained at the site overnight to dampen down hotspots and monitor the situation. As of 7.15am this morning (Thursday), three appliances remain on scene.
Drone photographs from the scene show the scale of the devastation.
A spokesperson for Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “An investigation into the cause of the fire has begun and will continue today.”
It’s not yet known if anyone was injured in the incident. Wiltshire Police has been approached for comment.
