Forensics have combed a scene after a man’s body was found in Westbury.
Emergency services were called to land off Penleigh Road, close to the junction with Mane Way, at around 5pm on Wednesday afternoon (3 April).
Locals noticed several police cars attending the incident, alongside an ambulance.
A crime scene investigation van arrived later on, and forensics combed the scene.
Wiltshire Police has confirmed that a man, aged in his 70s, was pronounced dead.
A force spokesperson said: “There are not thought to be any suspicious circumstances and our thoughts are with his family.”
