Man treated for head injuries after Queens Drive junction crash writes off two cars

A man’s been taken to hospital with head injuries following a crash in Swindon.

The road traffic collision happened at around 8.45am this morning, and involved a blue Ford KA and a white Nissan on the junction with Windsor Road.

South Western Ambulance Service say they sent two ambulances to the scene, with one casualty being taken to Great Western Hospital with reported head injuries.

Both vehicles are understood to have been written off in the crash.

The road was fully reopened at around 9.45am.
