The A361 is closed both directions between Lechlade and Burford following a serious crash.
An air ambulance is currently at the scene of the incident, landing at around 4pm.
The collision is understood to be near to the Little Faringdon junction with the main road.
The road closures are in place between Perrinsfild Roundabout and Bradwell Grove.
