Young boy injured in random staple gun attack on Forest Road in Melksham

A young cyclist was shot with staple guns in a random attack in Melksham.

Two vehicles pulled alongside the boy in Forest Road at around 8.10pm on Friday 21 August before firing staples at him, causing minor injuries. It happened as he approached the double roundabouts at the junction of Lowbourne and Sandridge Road.

The vehicles are described as a black Volkswagen Polo with a blue front number plate with five white, male occupants inside, and a metallic blue vehicle with two white, male occupants inside.
