A woman was left ‘shaken up’ after flipping her car onto its roof in a dramatic crash.
Police raced to reports of a road traffic collision on the A365 Devizes Road in Box shortly after 8am this morning (Thursday).
The incident involved a red Volkswagen Lupo and a Skoda Yeti near Rockleigh Villas.
The Volkswagen overturned after clipping the Skoda, which was parked at the roadside.
The driver, a woman, didn’t sustain any injuries but was “shaken up”, Wiltshire Police said.
In a statement, a force spokesperson said: “We attended a collision outside Rockleigh Villas in Box shortly after 8.05am this morning – one vehicle was on its roof.
“The driver fortunately sustained no injuries but was shaken up.
“Recovery was arranged for the vehicle and council were tasked to clear the oil spillage. The road reopened at 11.40am.”
