A female cyclist was pushed off her bike by a man in Swindon this morning (Wednesday).
The incident happened in Cricklade Road, at the junction with Malvern Road, at about 8am.
The woman suffered minor physical injuries to her legs and hands when she was pushed off her bicycle.
A man, aged in his 40s, has been arrested on suspicion of common assault and remains in custody for questioning.
Wiltshire Police is appealing for witnesses to the assault to come forward.
“Officers are appealing for anyone who saw what happened or has dashcam or CCTV of the incident to get in touch”, a force spokesperson said.
