A Wiltshire woman who was spared prison for collecting child abuse images has been jailed for breaching her sexual harm prevention order (SHPO).
Samantha Franklin signed up for FabSwingers as “Pretty Eyes 901” just days after being handed a suspended sentence at Swindon Magistrates Court.
The 34-year-old also deleted internet history on her mobile device, installed file cleaning software and failed to notify police she was using a device with internet access.

Furthermore, the defendant accessed Instagram and FabSwingers to create an account without the prior approval of a police officer.
Her activities, while usually legal, were prohibited by a SHPO – which was imposed for ten years to protect the public from harm following her conviction.
On 8 December 2025, Franklin was spared prison for downloading 556 indecent photographs of youngsters on her phone – with 207 images categorised as the most serious.
Within days of her sentencing, she breached the SHPO five times. On 14 January, she pleaded guilty to the offences.
The court labelled her crimes a “series of deliberate breaches straight after the suspended sentence order was imposed”.
Adding that they are “so serious that only a custodial sentence can be justified”.
Franklin, of Cove House Gardens in Ashton Keynes, was jailed for a total of 50 weeks.
