A Wiltshire childcare charity has had its second minibus stolen and torched.
Firefighters were called to put out the blaze in East Kennett on Tuesday (2 April).
Police believe the 12-seater minibus was stolen from Sunflowers at Grafton’s premises at The Green, East Grafton, overnight between 1 April and 2 April.
The vehicle was found burnt out some hours before the charity contacted the force to report that it has been stolen.
“We are appealing for anyone who may have information to please get in touch”, a spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said.
Adding: “If you can help, please contact us on 101 quoting reference 54240037240.”
The news comes just six months after a 15-seater minibus was stolen from the same location and set on fire.
In a statement, a charity spokesperson said: “Last September 15-seat minibus WJ62 was stolen and found burnt out the following day.
“At 7.30am this morning we discover that 12-seat minibus MV16 has been stolen.
“We have just been informed by Wiltshire Police that she has been found burnt out near East Kennet early this morning.
“We are devastated … 2 vehicles stolen in 7 months. Any information please let us know.”
