Two suspected drug dealers have been arrested during a raid on a property in Calne.
Police executed a warrant under Section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act at a house in the town early this morning (Wednesday).
Officers arrested two men on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.
Both suspects have been taken to custody for questioning, where they remain this afternoon.
Police have not released the address of raid, and have not confirmed if drugs were located.
“It is incredibly important that members of the public continue to report concerns for drug dealing in the area”, neighbourhood PC Lizzie Wright said.
She added: “As local neighbourhood police officers we are dedicated to making the area as safe as possible and the support of the local community by providing information is key to the success in achieving this.”
