Two cars destroyed in evening smash on Queens Drive in Swindon

Emergency services are currently dealing with a road traffic collision on a major route in Swindon.

Two cars were destroyed in an evening smash on Queens Drive at around 7pm.

Several police vehicles, ambulances and fire engines attended the scene at the junction with Whitbourne Avenue.

Its not yet clear if anybody been seriously injured in the incident.

The road is partially blocked as 999 crews work at the scene.
