Two businesses in Devizes have been targeted by burglars overnight.

Police are understood to be investigating two break-ins that took place either on Sunday (31 March) or this morning (Monday).

HAS Style hair salon in New Park Street and Townsends Garden Centre in Bath Road were the businesses affected.

A spokesperson said: “Townsends Garden Centre has had a break in overnight.

“We are waiting for police to attend and will be open as soon as possible.”

Forensic investigation work is expected to be carried out later today.

It’s not yet clear if the incidents are linked, or if any other businesses were targeted.
