Suspected dog thieves left string on a gate after it’s reported they targeted a property near Trowbridge yesterday evening.
Dani Jones took to social media to warn residents in the North Bradley area following the incident.
‘Just to let everyone know yesterday evening my sister’s house was what we can only assume targeted by dog thieves at about 7-8pm’, she wrote.
The family claims to have heard loud knocking sounds around the house, possibly on windows – causing dogs within the home to bark.
She added: ‘When they went outside to their gate, it had string around it. Which sounds very similar to a previous target in the same area.
‘This happened near The Rank in North Bradley so please share and keep your ears and eyes open.’
