A road has been closed after a tree fell on electricity cables amid Storm Goretti.
Police were called to Wood Lane in Braydon, in the countryside near Swindon, at around 9am this morning (Friday).
The road has been closed in both directions while the area is made safe.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: “Wood Lane in Braydon from the junction of the B4696 towards Minety is currently closed due to a tree bringing down electricity cables.
“Both tree and cables are blocking the road. The council has been informed. Please seek an alternative route. Thank you.”
