A driver has been charged over a crash involving a minibus near Devizes last year.
Shane Flexon, 40, faces seven counts of causing serious injury by careless driving.
The defendant, of Dursley Road, Trowbridge, is due to appear at Salisbury Magistrates’ Court for a first hearing on Friday (16 October).
It’s alleged Flexon was driving a Heritage Fine Food Company-branded blue Mercedes Sprinter when he collided head-on with the Urchfont Community Bus on 9 January 2025.

The incident – on the A342 near Devizes – sparked a significant emergency response, including an air ambulance crew and the Hazardous Area Response Team from Bristol.
Eleven people were on the minibus – nine of whom were taken to hospital for treatment. Wiltshire Police previously said that nobody sustained life-threatening injuries.
Now, Flexon is charged with seriously injuring seven of those on board by driving carelessly.
Court documents name the alleged victims as Gillian Halliday, Ceridwen Dickson, Barbara Rosemary Myers, David Myers, Barbara Ramshaw, Paul Melhuish and John Booker.
