The Red Arrows put on a stunning display over Corsham this afternoon (7 September).
The unexpected sight of the famous planes shocked many local residents, who are likely to be enjoying the heatwave outside and in their gardens, at around 2.40pm.
But not only did they fly over in full formation, but they let out a short smoke trail too – with dozens of people sharing their incredible photographs on social media following the event.
The Red Arrows were en route to Jersey where they are due to put on a display for spectators at the island’s International Air Display.
It’s possibly the group may pass over the county when they make their way back from the event later this week, but there is no predicted time for this – so keep an eye out.
