Police officers smashed through the door of a house in Swindon earlier this week.

According to locals passing the address in Cambria Bridge Road, several police vehicles were parked outside for much of Monday afternoon (5 December).

Both marked and unmarked police cars were spotted coming and going at the property until late evening.

Officers are understood to have forced entry into the building – boarding up the front door before leaving.

Wiltshire Police was approached for comment on Tuesday morning. As yet, no response has been received.
