Wiltshire Police have seized a vehicle which may have been used in hare coursing.
PC Jody Kinge and PCSO Ruby Kaur spotted a suspicious car covered in mud and abandoned in the Tidworth area on Friday (5 December).
Checks were carried out on the vehicle and it was seized. Officers said valuable intelligence was also obtained as a result.
Wiltshire Police is urging anyone who witnesses suspected rural crime, including hare coursing or poaching, to report it immediately.
