Police officers raced to reports of group of people gathering in Swindon this afternoon.
Several units responded to reports of the knife-wielding group in Alton Close, Penhill, at around 12.30pm.
On their arrival at the scene, the group dispersed immediately.
A local resident told Wiltshire 999s that they were asked by police officers in Everleigh Road whether they had seen the youths carrying knifes.
Wiltshire Police say no one’s been arrested following the incident.
