Police have launched a probe after a caravan was found ablaze in the countryside.
Emergency services were called to the scene on Grimstead Road in Whaddon, near Salisbury, at around 10.35pm on Saturday (6 June).
A caravan was found to be well alight and approximately ten firefighters from Salisbury battled to extinguish the flames.
Wiltshire Police is investigating the blaze, with witnesses or anyone with information urged to contact them by calling 101 and quoting log 54260067590.
A spokesperson for Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “Crews from Salisbury On-Call and Salisbury Wholetime were mobilised to reports of a caravan fire near West Grimstead.
“Crews worked quickly to tackle the incident and prevent further fire spread.
“Another great example of on-call and wholetime firefighters working together to protect our communities.”
