A pervert has been captured on CCTV masturbating on his knees in full view of passersby in a Swindon town centre alleyway earlier this week.

He’s caught on CCTV masturbating while looking at his phone

On Monday 22 May, a local resident’s security camera attached to their garage at the back of their property captured a man loitering, urinating, exposing himself and then masturbating while looking at his mobile phone at around 7pm.

He’s almost caught, but pulls his trousers up just in time

The male spent approximately 15 minutes in the area behind York Road, just is a stone’s throw from Queen’s Park, which is very popular with children and families.

The CCTV owner said: “At one point a young couple walks past and he immediately starts to play with himself whilst keeping an eye on them!

“After sharing the video on Facebook, I had many people messaging me positively identifying him and his place of work. I called the place of work and the manager confirmed they had already seen the video, as had their manager, and it was him.

“It’s absolutely disgusting. Kids are often in that alleyway. If this guy can’t control his urges until he’s within the confines of his own home, who knows what he could do one day.”

The incident has been reported to Wiltshire Police and they are said to be investigating. However, they are yet to visit the CCTV owner to view the footage.

We’ve approached the police for comment.
