His partner of five years, Cheyanne, said: “He was such a sweet guy who really loved his family.
“He was a father of three children aged 15, 12 and two years old and would do anything for them.
“Benjamin was a talented joiner, who spent his whole life in Wiltshire. He learned his trade after leaving school and being taken on as an apprentice. He really loved his job.
“He always had a lot of time for the children and would build all sorts of things for them – he loved gardening and playing football with them. He was a real family man.
“Benjamin knew a lot of people and had a lot of friends and I know he will be missed by a great many people.
“I feel really lucky to have known him and to have been part of his life. And I know there are so many people who feel the same. Benjamin will never be forgotten.”
Wiltshire Police previously investigated the incident as murder, arresting two men. Detectives have since ruled out an unlawful death and the case was closed.
