An opportunist thief has stolen two parcels after they fell from a delivery driver’s car in Chippenham.
The parcels fell from the vehicle on the A350 dual carriageway, close to he BP garage which hosts Marks and Spencer, at around 11.10am on Friday 5 January 2017.
The driver parked in a safe spot and moved the parcels from the road onto the roundabout as they were too heavy to carry back to his vehicle. He then went back to his car and drove to the roundabout, but in the two minutes it took to do this, someone had taken them.
