A man’s been seriously hurt after hot coffee was poured on him at a petrol station.
Police received a 999 call about a fight between two men on the forecourt of the Esso garage on Rodbourne Road in Swindon at around 8.30am yesterday morning.
One man suffered burns to a large area of his upper left torso. He chose to attend Great Western Hospital for treatment rather than phone for an ambulance.
The other man involved in the altercation fled the scene on foot.
Wiltshire Police say they have launched an investigation into the incident.
