Three people have been arrested following an armed police stand-off at a house in Swindon amid fears a suspect had a firearm.
Three armed response vehicles arrived in Bacon Close, Okus, at around 7.30pm on Sunday (18 October), with firearms officers surrounding a property.
At around 7.45pm, armed officers forced entry by kicking in the front door while shouting for an occupant to come out and surrender.

Officers could be heard saying they believed a suspect had a gun.
Several occupants emerged from the house and were detained at gunpoint, but officers believed another suspect remained inside.
Firearms officers continued to train their weapons on the property as the stand-off continued.
An additional armed response vehicle from Gloucestershire Police was deployed to support the operation.

Chief Inspector Paul Saunders, who was in plain clothes, also attended the scene and appeared to be coordinating the police response.
Specialist paramedics from South Western Ambulance Service’s Hazardous Area Response Team (HART) were also deployed.
Two paramedics wearing ballistic helmets and body armour were present as the armed operation continued.

A National Police Air Service helicopter from Benson, Oxfordshire, was overhead during the incident.
Armed officers later used a first-person view (FPV) drone to enter and clear the house following the stand-off, which lasted around two hours.
Local response officers cordoned off Bacon Close and a nearby alleyway to prevent members of the public accessing the area. The incident had concluded by 11pm.
Wiltshire Police has confirmed three people have been arrested in connection with an aggravated burglary at an address in Highworth on Thursday 15 October.
Two women and a man, all aged in their 40s, were arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary.
All three remained in custody at Gablecross Police Station when the force provided its update. Enquiries into the incident remain ongoing.
Police said it is alleged that one of the suspects was in possession of a weapon during the burglary.
However, the force has not established what type of weapon was allegedly involved.
