A man has been arrested after girl was sexually assaulted outside supermarket.
The incident happened at Tesco in Castle Street, Salisbury yesterday (Monday, 3 June).
At around 4.35pm, the victim – a 17-year-old girl – was approached by a man who proceeded to sexually assault her in broad daylight.
A suspect, a man aged in his 40s, has been arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and is currently at Melksham custody for questioning.
Police are seeking witnesses to the attack to come forward.
