Armed police arrested a man at gunpoint in Swindon this afternoon.
Firearms officers were deployed to reports of a disorder at an address in White Beam Court, Pinehurst, shortly after 2pm.
A 43-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of threats to kill. He was taken to Gablecross Police Station where he remains in custody.
Wiltshire Police says it is “not looking for anyone else in relation to this incident”.
An investigation is ongoing.
