Mr Grady O’Dwyer, 24, of Silver Street, Calne, was banned from driving for 2 years and fined £600 with a victim services payment of £60 and costs of £620 after being found guilty of failing to provide a blood specimen in Calne on 28 May 2020.
Mr Connor Dalton, 21, of Stanley Little Road, Bemerton Heath, was committed to Salisbury Crown Court on 9 February 2021 for sentencing after pleading guilty to dangerous driving in a Ford Mondeo, driving without insurance and driving without the correct licence, in Salisbury on 7 December 2019.
Mr Luke Hardiman, 25, of Castle Road, Salisbury, was committed to Salisbury Crown Court on 9 February 2021 for sentencing after pleading guilty to possession with intent to supply of 90.31 grams of cannabis in Salisbury on 21 August 2019, and supplying cannabis in Salisbury between March and August of 2019.
Mr Reece Keenan, 19, of Upnor Close, Perham Down, was fined £100 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to being drunk and disorderly in Salisbury on 23 January 2020.
Miss Sheila Marsh, 40, of Bayntun Close, Devizes was given a community order and fined £50 with a victim services payment of £90 after pleading guilty to using communications networks to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety on 14 March 2020. She was also ordered to pay £100 compensation after pleading guilty to criminal damage of a police car in Devizes on 14 March 2020.
Mr Ryan Ridley, 24, of Westleigh Warminster, was committed to Salisbury Crown Court on 9 February 2021 for sentencing after pleading guilty to dangerous driving of a Vauxhall Corsa, and possession of cannabis in Warminster on 3 March 2020.
Mr Darren Shanley, 44, of Lamb Yard, Bradford on Avon, was fined £80 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £45 after pleading guilty to importing 2 flick knives in Bradford on Avon on 10 March 2020.
Mr James Sloman, 47, of Westwood Road, Salisbury, was banned from driving for 12 months after pleading guilty to driving without insurance in Wilton on 16 April 2020 and fined £80 with costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of cannabis in Wilton on 16 April 2020
Mr Andrzej Stoltman, 58, of Summerleaze, Trowbridge, was banned from driving for 14 months and fined £260 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Peugeot 308 in Trowbridge on 25 July 2020.
Mr Richard Wright, 30, of Tudor Walk, Swindon, was ordered to pay compensation totally £125 with costs of £85 after pleading guilty to criminal damage of a Vauxhall Mokka and a Toyota Vero in Swindon on 30 October 2020.
Mr Robin Malpass, 45, of Stapleton Close, Highworth, was given 3 points on his licence and fined £121 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £40 after pleading guilty to driving a Ford Escort Van without due care and attention in Highworth on 14 June 2020.
Mr David Mundy, 31, of Station Road, Swindon, was sent to prison for 8 weeks and ordered to pay £100 compensation with a victim services payment of £28 after pleading guilty to assaulting a police officer in Swindon on 11 January 2021, with 4 weeks in prison to be served consecutively to the first 8 after pleading guilty to criminal damage in Swindon on 11 January 2021.
Mr Jason Sellors, 49, of Barnard Street, Salisbury, was fined £80 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to breaching a restraining order in Chippenham on 12 January 2021
Mr Anthony Jones, 49, of Heathfield, Chippenham, was given a community order and fined £307 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to breaching a non-molestation order in Chippenham on 1 April 2020.
Mr Jeffery Southwell, 56, of Commercial Road, Swindon, was given a community order for 120 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay £3,290 compensation with a victim services payment of £90 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to the theft of £7,500 from Baxter Storey shop in Swindon between August 2016 and August 2019.
Mr Johnny Carey, 34, of Hatch Road, Swindon, was ordered to pay £200 compensation after pleading guilty to criminal damage in Royal Wootton Basset on 4 September 2020. Also to pay £100 compensation and fined £80 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to assaulting a police officer in Royal Wootton Bassett on 5 September 2020, and pay £100 compensation after pleading guilty to criminal damage of a police car in Royal Wootton Bassett on 5 September 2020.
Mr Galhat Omar (aka Mr Omar Jambale), 23, of Jolliffe Street, Swindon, was given 3 points and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Range Rover without the correct licence in Swindon on 5 September 2020 and given a further 8 points for driving a Ranger Rover without insurance on 5 September 2020.
Mr Joseph Joyce, 55, of St Quentin Close, Swindon, was banned from driving for 16 months and fined £500 with a victim services payment of £50 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath in Swindon on 6 September 2020.
Mr Mitchell Morgan, 25, of Coronation Road, Wroughton, was given a community order for 200 hours unpaid work and banned from driving for 29 months after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Vauxhall Astra in Wroughton on 2 July 2020. There was no separate penalty for pleading guilty to failing to stop after an accident in Swindon on 6 September. He was fined £100 with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of 0.2 grams of cocaine in Swindon on 7 September 2020.
Mr Christian Flinta, 50, of Pelham Street, Newark on Trent, was given 6 points and fined £330 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Vauxhall Vivaro without due care and attention in Salisbury on 17 December 2019. There was no separate penalty after pleading guilty to failing to stop after an accident in a Vauxhall Vivaro in Salisbury on 17 December 2019.
Mr Samuel McCulloch, 55, of Hunsdon Close, Swindon, was fined £266 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine in Swindon on 16 July 2020.
