A woman has been charged following a crash in Swindon town centre.
Emergency services were called to the road traffic collision in Fleming Way, at around 9.20pm yesterday (26 June).
A silver Ford Fiesta appeared to impact some street furniture outside the Jury’s Inn hotel. It’s not clear if any other vehicles were involved.
Wiltshire Police confirmed Sara Fidalgo, 39, of Doris Archer Court, Pinehurst, was arrested at the scene.
The suspect has been charged with drink driving and is due to appear at Swindon Magistrates’ Court on 24 August.
