Detectives are probing a serious assault which occurred following a crash in Wiltshire.
Police were called to Swan Lane in Leigh, near Cricklade, in the early hours of Sunday morning (26 November).
It’s believed that shortly after 5am, the occupants of a vehicle were reportedly involved in an altercation with the occupants of a second vehicle.
It’s understood at least one of the vehicles were involved in a collision at the scene.
Wiltshire Police said a man has been taken to hospital to be treated for injuries – which are not thought to be life-threatening.
A crime scene was in place in a field on Sunday — with cones covering evidence and broken fence.
