A detective investigating the disappearance of a Swindon man has issued a statement.
25-year-old Bradley Porter was reported missing from the Penhill area on Saturday 5 August.
He’s believed to have left his home in the early hours of the morning and was riding a bicycle.
Now, a detective inspector – who is leading the investigation – has issued a statement on the search.
DI Penny Andrews said: “We would like to appeal directly to Bradley. Bradley, if you read this, you should know that you are not in any trouble.
“There are many people who love you who are anxious to know that you are safe and well.
“If you don’t feel confident talking directly to a police officer, I would urge you to reach out to someone you feel you can trust who can pass on a message of reassurance to your family.”
Bradley is a white male, of slim build and approximately 5ft 5in tall. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and blue tracksuit bottoms.
He has links to the Swindon area and also to Bournemouth.
Police are asking anyone living in the Penhill Drive area to check their doorbell cam footage taken on 5 August – from midnight to approximately 5am – and share footage of anyone matching Bradley’s description.
Officers are asking the same of anyone who may have been driving in the area at the time and may have dash cam footage.
