A casualty’s been taken to hospital after crashing into undergrowth on a country road in Brinkworth.

Emergency services were called to the village when a black Ford Fiesta lost control and ploughed into a ditch at around 8pm.

The driver, a man thought to be in his 20s, was taken to hospital for his injuries. They are not thought to be serious.

The Road is partially blocked near to The Lone Fir, with police directing traffic around the scene.
