A BMW has been recovered from a ditch after crashing on a Chippenham route.
Police were called to a single-vehicle road traffic collision on A4 Avenue La Fleche shortly before 10pm on Sunday evening (12 April).
Officers attended the scene near Lidl and found that nobody has sustained injuries.
The white BMW 3 Series involved sustained offside damage. It’s not clear why the vehicle came to leave the carriageway.
On Monday afternoon (13 April), there were traffic delays as recovery work was carried out – with one lane blocked.
The car was sucessfully recovered using a winch to bring it up and out of the ditch, before being placed onto the back of a recovery truck.
