Family and friends of a Swindon man will pay tribute to him with a balloon release this weekend.
The dad-of-two, named locally as Brandon McCue, was found dead in woodland on Saturday 12 March.
The 25-year-old’s family have arranged a balloon release in his memory, and have invited those who wish to pay their respects to attend the event.
It will take place on Lyndhurst Fields, off Lyndhurst Crescent in Park North, at 4pm on Sunday 20 March.
In a post on Facebook, which has been shared dozens of time, Susannah McCue wrote: ‘We as a family can’t thank you all enough for the kind and thoughtful messages we have all received.
‘On Sunday at 16.00 we are going to be releasing balloons off at Lyndhurst Fields for Brandon.
‘You’re more than welcome to come along and again, thank you all so much.’
