All lanes on the M4 eastbound are blocked following a road traffic collision.
Emergency services are at the scene between Junctions 16 and 15 (Swindon) after a car hit the central reservation at before 3.30pm.
Police, ambulance and officers from Highways England are in attendance.
It’s not believed anyone has been seriously hurt, and the road is likely to reopen shortly.
