Paramedics are treating a casualty at the roadside in Marlborough this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the scene near George Lane on London Road at around 1.30pm.
Wiltshire Air Ambulance landed in Marlborough Recreation Ground to allow its specialist critical care medics assist local ambulances crews at the medical incident.
Eyewitnesses say the patient has suffered is receiving CPR.
