Goddard Park Primary School in Swindon closed on Monday after nearby gas leak

A Swindon primary school is going to be closed to pupils on Monday following a gas leak nearby today.

Goddard Park on Welcome Avenue will be shut for the duration of 26 February due to it having no heating while engineers work to repair the leak at the Lyndhurst Centre.

The school is expected to reopen on Tuesday, and the daycare centre is unaffected.
